About the Role:

The Public Health and Communities Hub are a team committed to making a difference to the health and wellbeing of residents, and places and communities, to enable people to live healthy lives and reduce inequalities.

 

A key part of achieving these aims and objectives is ensuring robust financial and compliance processes are in place, alongside effective management of the information resource.

 

To support this, we are recruiting a Finance and Business Support Officer who will play an essential role in delivering these functions by working collaboratively with senior team members to provide support across a range of projects and transactional activities, and contribute to the development, maintenance, and monitoring of relevant systems and information.

 

 

About You:

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills to prioritise workloads and ensure effective and efficient processes are in place.

 

They will have experience of supporting a range of projects, along with knowledge of financial processes and good ICT skills to accurately record, monitor, analyse and report on information.

 

Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are also essential in this role.
