An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the Bereavement Services catering team at Coney Hill Cemetery and Crematorium.
You will report to the Bereavement services team leader , We are a small friendly team operating within the public sector providing a catering facilities to bereaved families and the general public.
We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to become part of the Bereavement services catering team in the day to day running of the facility on site at the Cemetery and Crematorium.
Main duties will be preparing and serving food and drink, taking bookings from funeral directors and the general public person and by phone. Attention to detail is essential as this is a key role in ensuring all food is presented to a high standard
You will be dealing with the bereaved in often stressful circumstances; it is therefore essential that you have a high level of empathy and good communication and customer care skills.
Hours may vary between the hours of 9:00am – 7:00pm Monday - Friday
