We are looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for customer service to join our busy Visitor Experience Team on a casual basis.


Opportunities are available across all our cultural venues including Gloucester Guildhall, Blackfriars Priory, the Museum of Gloucester, Shopmobility as well as Festival and Events in the city.


The successful individuals will work as part of a team to ensure the successful operation of our venues including live events, weddings, cinema, exhibitions, tours, ticketing, retail, event stewarding, bar work, corporate hires, with a focus on high standards and excellent customer service.


We are looking for individuals who have worked in busy customer-facing roles, who have excellent customer service skills, can work well as part of a team, has the commitment and passion for ensuring outstanding visitor experience to a diverse audience and has a flexible approach to work and hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.


You may only prefer to work in only one of our venues – that is absolutely fine, just indicate your preference in your application.


At this stage, there is no closing date for casual staff as we are always looking to increase our number of casual staff to support our cultural venues. You will be contacted within 10 days of applying.
