About the role…

Join the Transformation and Technology team at Gloucester City Council as a Business Analyst and help shape our community's future. Contribute to our Transformation and Commercialisation programmes, achieve strategic objectives, and identify opportunities for customer-focused service improvement. Lead workshops, support staff through cultural change, and build end-to-end digital processes. We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to convey complex information clearly, and a passion for innovation. Apply now and make a difference for our city.

 

What we need from you…

As business analyst, candidates should have strong negotiation and engagement skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with managers and stakeholders. They should also be able to produce business requirements documentation, including workflows, case studies, and user stories. Behavioural attributes such as efficiency, value for money, forward-thinking, innovation, customer obsession, passion for the city, and teamwork are also important. The ideal candidate should be creative, use their initiative to improve services and processes and communicate effectively to deliver quality services
