At the Museum, we are dedicated to sparking lifelong learning through engaging exhibits, hands-on experiences, and innovative sessions. As the Museum Learning Officer, you’ll be at the heart of shaping these memorable visitor experiences. You'll oversee the running of our dynamic educational programme for schools, ensuring every visitor leaves with a deeper connection to history and a thirst for knowledge.
What we need from you
As a centre for culture and education, we aim to connect people of all ages with the wonders of our collections. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to allow you to communicate with all our schools plus prioritise workloads and ensure our high service standards are maintained.
We also need your can-do attitude to help build working relationships with local educators to ensure our learning sessions are fully booked, running smoothly and delivering an unforgettable, exceptional experience, meaning schools will continue to re-book and return to the museum year after year!
