About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the Bereavement Services admin team at Coney Hill Cemetery and Crematorium.
Where you will report to the Bereavement services team leader. We are a small friendly team operating within the public sector providing Cremation and Burial services to bereaved families and the general public.
What we need from you:
We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to become part of the Bereavement services admin team assisting in the day to day running of the Cemetery and Crematorium office.
Main duties will be, telephone bookings from funeral directors, queries form the general public, in person, email and by phone. Attention to detail is essential as this is a key role in ensuring all cremation and burial documentation is prepared and presented to a high standard
You will be dealing with the bereaved on a daily basis, in stressful circumstances it is therefore essential that you have a high level of empathy and good communication and customer care skills.
