Forwards is an all age all disability employment service, our vision is to enable people who are at risk of long term unemployment achieve their employment aspirations.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self motivated tutor for our Works for Me Programme which is aimed at helping young people who are NEET.  If you are a confident communicator who is able to establish effective relationships with young people in order to help them progress on and achieve their goals, then we would love to hear from you.  

 

Duties will include;

  • Plan and deliver inspirational workshops that meets the needs of each participant, to small groups and individuals.
  • To facilitate learning which helps to improve participants functional skills and ICT skills.
  • To help prepare participants of the programme for the world of work and improve their employability skills.
  • Be able to prioritise and demonstrate good organisational skills.
