An exciting opportunity to manage a team passionate about supporting people who have complex or multiple barriers to employment.  You will help to develop a sustainable employer engagement strategy working across GCC’s employment projects/services to further develop opportunities with a broad range of employers for people who are furthest from the labour market.

If you are innovative, creative and have experience working in a diversity role and/or influencing employers around employment of disabled or vulnerable people, working with an extensive range of partners, proven leadership skills and the ability to think and plan strategically, we would like to hear from you.

This position is based at the Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub, Commercial Road, Gloucester.
