Gloucestershire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a flexible, versatile and self-motivated person with experience in supporting volunteers. You will be working with our Resources and Volunteer Manager recruiting and supporting our fantastic team of volunteers; developing and enhancing our education programmes, ensuring that an effective and safe system of filing and record keeping is maintained.


With Collaboratively working with the SkillZONE team to identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain a high quality service and an understanding of the day to day operation of the scenario village.



You will need to be a confident and friendly communicator with good business skills and an understanding of community safety; your role will involve working with both adults and young people so commitment to safeguarding is essential.
