About Us:


We are recruiting for two full time (37 hours) Senior Operators within our Adult Social Care Gloucestershire Equipment Loan Service, which is funded by Gloucestershire County Council and local NHS partners. We provide equipment to Gloucestershire residents to support hospital discharges, end of life pathway and to help individuals remain independent and remain in their own homes.

This is an interesting and varied role within a supportive team that are motivated, passionate, and engaged undertaking the following activities.


About You:


You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic supporting the production team members undertaking refurbishment, scrap, and servicing activities. You will need to develop and maintain quality-based operating methods and processes that meet the needs of both the internal and external customers in a cost-effective manner. You will deliver training and support the team in their development throughout the job role. You will be technically responsible for the routine renovation and / or refurbishment of products in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions, as well as provide technical support and oversee this process for standard and specialist equipment.
