You’ll be at the centre of the emerging cultural shift to become insight driven.

 You can help make a difference working with a team of analysts and wider stakeholders to understand what is required to meet the needs of our population, while complying with external assurance frameworks and supporting our elected Members with key insights.

This is an opportunity for candidates for a fixed term Grade 9 role until the end of March 2028, working on data related to UK resettlement and migration schemes, as well as public health. 

The postholder will develop an understanding of the Homes for Ukraine and other refugee resettlement programmes. They will manage, monitor and report on data related to these programmes. This role will strengthen our understanding of Gloucestershire’s diverse communities, including those from migrant backgrounds.

 

 

About You

To be successful, you’ll need experience in analysing data and disseminating it to a range of stakeholders through presentations, narrative reports as well as through visualisation tools including Power BI.  

Ideally, you’ll have some level of working knowledge of Local Authority services in a data context, any understanding of the UKs resettlement and migration schemes would also be advantageous. You’ll also be able to manage multiple projects to demanding timescales while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
