About the role – Recruitment Advisor 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team on a maternity cover basis for up to 12 months. 
 
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will deliver high-quality, cost-effective recruitment and retention activity across the organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to help deliver successful recruitment campaigns, provide expert advice on selection processes, and support approaches to attracting talent. 
 


Key responsibilities include supporting with senior and executive recruitment activity, supporting managers from advert through to appointment, supporting the management of temporary agency arrangements, analysing workforce data, and contributing to employer branding and recruitment campaigns. 

 

What we need

 

• Experience in recruitment or HR, including managing end-to-end recruitment processes 
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practice, including safer recruitment, right to work and DBS requirements 
• Experience analysing and interpreting data to inform recruitment decisions 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines 
• Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office and use of social media for recruitment 
• Experience working with stakeholders at different levels 
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in recruitment
