We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join the Information Management Service in the Records Management Team.


You will be joining the team at an exciting time as we move towards a more agile way of working with the introduction of Microsoft 365.  Acting as the first point of contact for the Records Management Team you will play a key role in engaging with the organisation, promoting the new digital ways of working and ensuring information and records are managed in compliance with good practice and legislation.


You will be managing a diverse and varied workload across both physical and electronic records.

The candidate will either have a qualification in or have experience of working in the records/information management sector. Experience of using Microsoft 365 or SharePoint would be desirable as would experience of managing projects to time and budget and the ability to communicate effectively.
