An exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated team player to promote career progression through the development of a range of partnerships with employers, other GCC teams and welfare to work providers. This is a rewarding role and you will take lead on key areas of the employer engagement strategy to deliver sustainable employment outcomes and help people with disabilities and health conditions to retain paid work.

 

You will be innovative, creative and have experience working with or supporting disabled or vulnerable people with complex barriers to employment, achieving performance outcomes and developing tangible and sustainable partnerships with a range of organisations.  If you also have the ability to build effective relationships, balance competing demands effectively and have excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills then we would like to hear from you.

 

This position will be based at Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub, Commercial Road, Gloucester.
