An exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated team player to help develop supported employment initiatives for employees during their work placements in a supported business, and with other employers, by helping them to develop employability skills and secure sustainable unsupported paid employment through vocational profiling and identification of suitable job goals. This is a rewarding role and you will play an important part in supporting Team Leaders with performance reviews to assure progression against action plans.

 

You will be innovative, creative and have experience working with or supporting disabled or vulnerable people with complex barriers to employment, achieving performance outcomes and developing tangible and sustainable partnerships with a range of organisations.  If you also have the ability to build effective relationships, balance competing demands effectively and have excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills then we would like to hear from you.

 

This position will be based at Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub, Commercial Road, Gloucester.
