About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pilot, running from November 2024 - November 2025, to work within Early Help teams to embed systemic practice. We are looking for a systemic practitioner qualified to a foundation level in systemic practice. You will provide ongoing targeted training, monthly group reflective practice sessions and one-to-one consultation for key workers, in addition to supporting the use of systemic tools, such as genograms and outcome measures. IFT would deliver year two (intermediate certificate) training within the pilot period to further enhance your systemic knowledge.The development and delivery of the role will be supported and guided by Social Work Academy practitioners and Early Help senior managers and is a great opportunity to step into a practice development role.

About You
We are looking for someone with experience of working within children's social care. You will have experience of participating in training in systemic practice, supervision and reflective practice. You will also hold a Systemic Year 1 – Foundation Level Certificate.
A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
