The Business Service Centre (BSC), System team is looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to support with a launch of a new system. You will work as part of a team providing guidance to our customers.

 

Full training will be provide in order for you to carry out the necessary tasks.

 

About the Job

  • To provide project support to the System Team at Go Live 
  • Assist in reviewing workflow and processes in order to simplify tasks and seek improvements.
  • Deal with and provide timely and accurate advice on a range of complex enquiries across BSC functions.
  • Work on specific or cross cutting projects.
  • To provide first line support to BSC customers calling the ContactUs/ System helpline
  • To provide 1st line support for systems used across the BSC e.g. SAP 
  • To undertake general system maintenance activities
  • To collate statistics required for surveys, etc and to assist in completing questionnaires on behalf of the Council, including entering data as required onto SAP/other GCC systems.
  • To ensure calls are logged and either answered or passed to the relevant contact
  • To undertake general system maintenance activities
  • To produce and circulate ESS passwords and produce a monthly ESS Audit report
  • To provide Management Information support to ensure the corporate information needs of the Council are met
  • To provide support to projects as required
  • To produce and circulate standard management information reports
