Are you looking for a challenge to utilise your administrative and customer service skills within Tree Projects? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take on a full-time role within Sustainability Team!

 

Trees for Gloucestershire, working to increase tree cover, improving green infrastructure whilst maintaining and managing our current tree stocks more efficiently as part of the vision in making a Greener Gloucestershire, delivering resilience and connectivity for people, wildlife and the economy. The council has committed to planting 1 million trees, working with internal and external stakeholders on various projects across the county. As a Administrator you will provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Tree Projects. This will include:

  • Taking calls from internal and external stakeholders, so a professional telephone manner is a must.
  • Imputing data into internal systems.
  • Scheduling meetings and booking rooms, as well as taking minutes of meetings.
  • Responding to, redirecting emails, and managing a generic mailbox.

 

You will be part of a friendly, supportive, and established team. We offer flexible working with a mix of office and home working.

 

About you:

You will have strong communication and organisation skills. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a busy office environment. You will have good IT Skills and be competent user of Microsoft Office.
