Are you passionate about using technology to transform the way people experience care? We are seeking a strategic and driven Technology Enabled Care Programme Manager to lead a major transformation programme that will redefine how we support residents across Gloucestershire on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of our residents, ensuring technology is seamlessly embedded into care planning, prevention pathways, and everyday practice.

As the Technology Enabled Care Programme Manager, you will lead a complex, multi‑faceted transformation programme from initiation through to delivery of benefits. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, develop robust business cases and plans, and ensure our approach is strategic, customer‑centred, and aligned with GCC objectives.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and able to influence and inspire others. You will bring strong programme leadership, effective stakeholder engagement, and a clear vision for how technology can enable independence, safety, and wellbeing for our residents.

Our values are at the heart of everything we do and how we treat each other. They provide essential guiding principles about the way that we work and set the tone for our culture, and identify what we, as an organisation, care about. See our values page to find out more

If you hold the same behaviours and approach, then we want to hear from you! In exchange, we will provide you with full training and support to help you succeed in your role.
