Team Manager – Education, Training and Employment

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Youth Support Team as a Team Manager on a 6-month FTC.

Education, Training and Employment is a challenging landscape, and we are ambitious about better outcomes for our children and young people. Driving forward the Raising Participation agenda and leading on the National Score Card performance you will have a pivotal role in shaping the work with our children and young people managing our NEET Teams and working closely with our colleagues across Children’s Services and wider stakeholders and partners including schools, colleges, local enterprise partnership, training providers, employment and skills hub and voluntary organisations..

 

As a multi-disciplinary service, within the county’s youth support offer, we deliver high-quality support to children and young people through 1:1, group work, functional skills and our central Opportunities team.
