As a team leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding a passionate team and driving outcomes that matter.
About the Role
Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub offer a one-stop source of information, advice, guidance and support around employment and skills. Working with a range of partners and employers in localities across Gloucestershire the Hub delivers 1:1 support through a number of programmes for people with barriers to sustaining or retaining work, as well as advice and signposting for any resident looking for help.
As team leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of employment specialists delivering high-quality supported employment services to Connect to Work customers. You’ll lead your team in delivering tailored support using recognised fidelity models. With a focus on effective case management, performance monitoring, and continuous development, you’ll ensure your team meets programme outcomes while maintaining a person-centred approach that empowers individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You must be passionate about making a difference and be committed to providing a high-quality service to participants.
About You
Experience working within a diverse team or with people who have disabilities, health conditions or other barriers to employment will be essential, along with the passion to influence change. Experience of working within the employability or health sectors will be an advantage, but not essential. You will have the ability to interpret guidance to develop systems and processes and be able to analyse data.
