About the team and role

 

Come and work for a rewarding organisation, joining our exceptional talent in the Economy, Environment and Infrastructure Directorate.  This role involves planning, driving change and providing advice to a range of stakeholders including senior managers, potential and actual suppliers, and elected Members about how to maximise Social Value from future and existing contracts and embed Social Value across the organisation.

 

About you

 

Could you lead the implementation, monitoring and reporting of Gloucestershire County Council’s approach to Social Value? You will have knowledge of public procurement, particularly as it applies to Social Value and of the principles of measuring and reporting on Social Value, strong personal organisation and communication skills and desire to secure the benefits of Social Value for the residents of Gloucestershire.
