About the team

This is a great time to join our close-knit and friendly Business Support team as a Senior Administrator, we collaborate our shared knowledge across the team whilst providing confidential administrative support within People Services. We work closely with the Occupational Health clinicians to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service and support with a range of varied workstreams within People Services and Organisational Development.

 

About the role

You will be based within the Occupational Health team in our modern Quayside House building.

To be successful you will need excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise workloads and ensure our service levels are maintained. You will be an experienced administrator with solid understanding of the importance of confidentiality, experience of improving systems and processes with a good head for figures. You will be confident to take the lead on set tasks and ensure all things finance are accurate and processed timely.

You will be customer-focused to help maintain excellent working relationships with our stakeholders and be open to taking on varied workstreams to support the wider business when needed.
