About The Team & Role
Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children in Education Partnership are looking to recruit following successful internal promotion. If you passionate about safeguarding and would like to ensure that all children attending school/educational settings are safe from harm then look no further.
This post sits within the Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children in Education Partnership (GSEP) working under the Safeguarding Business Unit on behalf of the Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership (GSCP) and is an exciting opportunity for someone with education experience and training skills.
About You
To be successful you will need to hold a range of skills and experiences that will allow you to provide technical safeguarding advice and guidance, expert and specialist knowledge of KCSiE legislation and its application into schools and others settings. You will also need to be confident and competent knowing when to make a decision and knowing when it needs advice and possibly formal reporting. We will need you to have excellent organisational skills in order to ensure all areas of work are carried out in a professional manner within set timescales.
