About the role
We are looking for a full time Recruitment and Retention Support Advisor to provide an efficient administrative and digital marketing service for our Recruitment & Retention Team within Adult Social Care. This role will involve remote working as well as working from Shire Hall.
The role involves working alongside the Recruitment & Retention Coordinators to support team initiatives and those of the wider service area, and will include:
- Coordinate agency, permanent and temporary recruitment opportunities.
- Supporting and contributing to Recruitment & Retention initiatives such as campaigns, inductions, training, and events.
- Supporting online social media campaigns and updating our recruitment events microsite.
- Facilitating meetings, booking rooms, and venues.
- Maintaining up to date and accurate meeting notes, spreadsheets, and project work plans.
About you
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an eye for detail, as well as a good command of the English language. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks to successfully meet deadlines. Excellent IT skills are essential, and you will have experience with marketing automation and digital marketing tools, including social media, and proven experience working with marketing plans and campaigns. You will also be skilled in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
