Are you a dynamic and driven project manager ready to make a real impact in Adult Social Care? We’re looking for a talented individual to lead and deliver innovative projects that improve services, drive efficiencies, and support transformation across our finance systems and wider care services.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, multi-faceted programmes that support system redesign, service remodelling, and behaviour change. You will work flexibly across teams, managing data dashboards, change initiatives, and strategic projects that contribute to the success of our integrated care system.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading projects from initiation through to delivery of benefits.
  • Developing robust business cases, project plans, and risk assessments.
  • Engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior managers and elected members.
  • Producing insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Acting as a change agent to embed new ways of working and deliver measurable outcomes.

About you

You will have:

  • Proven experience managing projects, ideally within Adult Social Care or the public sector.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach to delivering results.
  • Confidence in using project management tools and digital technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of local government and social care systems.
