About the team

Part of the Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub, our service provides support for people who are at risk of long-term unemployment including people with disabilities, young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) and Care experienced young people. 

We are currently seeking a Post 16 Pathway Adviser to work with schools and colleges to help raise aspirations for young people with SEND and other barriers by developing pathways to appropriate Post 16 provision which will support them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

 

About you

You will need excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise workloads and ensure our service levels are maintained. You will be innovative, creative with a customer focus and have excellent communication skills, which will allow for you to develop a range of close links with a range of partners; including other GCC teams, all with the aim of increasing skills base and knowledge on the opportunities available arounf the county for young people.
