About The Team & Role
The Council’s shared service centre has a vacancy for a Payroll Processing Administrator. The successful applicant will specialise in Payroll Administration but may also be required to work on Pension Processing to help support the team. We specialise in processing: - gross to net payroll, BAC’s submissions, PAE, all third party payments, all HMRC statutory returns, reviewing of any legislative changes to Payroll processing and dealing with payroll related queries.

About You
Applicants should have experience in payroll processing, knowledge of legislative and statutory payroll procedures, ability to prioritise workloads, strong admin and excel skills and a willingness to learn.
This post will require full NPPV (Non Police Personnel) Level 2 security clearance in order for probation to be passed and a permanent job offer confirmed.
