About the Team and Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Trees & Greenspace Officer to join Environment and Waste team. You will act as the council’s key point of contact within a defined geographical area, on Arboriculture and Greenspace matters, as part of the wider vision for a thriving network of sustainably managed trees and greenspaces across the county.
You will be responsible for identifying new projects, to increase canopy cover, improve biodiversity and aid Local Nature Recovery. Undertake regular inspections of current assets and raising works as required.
About you
You will have experience of project managing large scale projects and contracts. With working knowledge of trees and greenspace inspection through to maintenance.
