Do you have a good track record of delivery in OD and change with a natural ability to influence, coach, and drive organisational development initiatives?

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work as part of the wider county council People Service Organisational Development team, providing critical support to our Fire & Rescue Service. Experience in working in a Fire and Rescue Services or with other blue light services would be advantageous.  

 

This exciting post will support us in delivering the People Plan and Workforce Development Plans for the County and in particular for our Fire and Rescue Service. This core role will specifically involve working alongside the Culture and Inclusion Manager on the delivery of EDI OD related initiatives, leadership development including a CPD programme of events, implementation and evaluation of OD/L&D solutions, support service managers in transformational cultural change, identifying and developing talent to enable better outcomes for our people and the delivery of a high performing professional service. 

 

About You

 Ideally, you will also have internal consultancy, significant experience of delivering learning solutions, coaching, mentoring, and project management skills.  Experience in the implementation of SAP LMS would be advantageous, but not essential. 
  

The County Council operates family friendly flexible working arrangements but note that occasional evening and weekend working will be required on a planned basis.
