Without them, it wouldn't be possible to deliver our outstanding services across GCC.The Asset Management and Property Services team manages the Gloucestershire County Council estate. 

 

We are an established Property Services and Estates Management team who take pride in delivering high quality service across the County, including educational establishments, fire stations, libraries and offices, to ensure we have a fully compliant estate. We have the knowledge and expertise to advise on legislative, statutory requirements, national guidelines and best practice requirements for property matters. At Gloucestershire County Council, we are constantly challenging ourselves to improve the services we provide in keeping the County moving forward.  We pride ourselves on finding the most effective and efficient way of improving the lives of the people of Gloucestershire.  For all the good that we do, none of it would be possible without the compassion and dedication of the 4000+ staff who help us truly make a difference – and that’s where we need you!

 

 

About you

 

This is an exciting new opportunity as we are currently looking for a Graduate Surveyor to work across our Asset Management and Property Services team based in Shire Hall, Gloucester. You will have drive, ambition, a keen interest in your career in property which will enable you to earn while you learn. This new positiong is a career pathway position which spans two salary scales whilst you work towards your qualification. Working across mixed disclipines, you will be emersed in property management, compliance, estates management and help us run our property estate in an effective and efficient manner. We strive on ensuring our buildings are safe, healthy and efficient places to work and occupy.

 

You will have good communication skills, ability to adapt, a desire to learn and be competent with ICT and digital technology.
