About The Team & Role

 

We are recruiting for a FM Support Administrator to join our Facilities Management Support Team. Within this role you will be part of a busy team who are responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Shire Hall complex and wider County Council estate. Undertaking all tasks with a clear customer focus, providing facilities services which will lead to a welcome, safe and well managed working environment for all staff and visitors.
 


About you

 

To be successful you will need excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise duties and ensure our service levels are maintained. We also need your customer-focused nature to help build working relationships with your stakeholders, contractors, and visitors.

 

You will have an understanding of health and safety, and passed or be willing to undergo first aid and Fire Warden training.

 

Your ability to deal with issues and difficult situations in a calm timely manner.

 

You’ll have a track record in facilities, property or asset management and will be responsible for opening and locking up Council buildings as directed.

The normal working hours are between 7am-7pm on a rota shift system, with regular out of hours’ cover.
