About the team
Part of the Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub, our service provides support for people who are at risk of long-term unemployment including people with disabilities, young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) and Care experienced young people.
We are currently seeking a Employment Specialist - YP, to work with young people of Gloucestershire who many have additional barriers and are hoping to find paid employment. You will work alongside the Forwards Education team and will travel around the county to meet with customers and employers.
About you
You will be innovative, creative with a customer focus and have excellent communication skills, which will allow for you to develop a range of close links with a range of partners; including other GCC teams, all with the aim of increasing skills base, knowledge and the opportunities available.
