About The Team & Role
We are looking for a fully qualified electrician and multi trade operative to work within our Facilities Management Team which is part of Asset Management and Property Services. The team are responsible for the repair and maintenance of Shire Hall and the wider corporate estate. We strive to provide a high quality and efficient maintenance programme to provide a safe, comfortable and compliant working environment & estate. The role is based at Shire Hall but the postholder will be required to also work at our Locality Hubs and corporate estate on a rotational basis.
About You
To be successful you need to be able to carryout reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks in both electrical and multi trade disciplines. We also need you to be customer-focused and work closely with colleagues, stakeholders and contractors. You will need to be flexible in your approach and be able to work independantly as well as part of a team.
