About the Team & Role

 

An opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Inclusion Advisor in the Early Years and Childcare Service. This will be a permanent contract. The Early Years Inclusion Team offers support on a countywide basis to all Early Years Providers. It is managed by an Inclusion Lead and supported by 7 Inclusion Advisors and sits within the Early Education and Child Development team. 

 

The overall purpose of this role is to improve inclusive practice in the Early Years sector. This will be achieved by increasing the confidence, knowledge and skills of Early Years practitioners to deliver high quality inclusive provision to all children including those with additional and SEND.

 

About you

 

We are looking for experienced and motivated Early Years practitioners who have a proven track record of supporting and delivering good inclusive provision for all children. You will need to have excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise workloads and ensure our service levels are maintained. You will also need to empower others and provide expert advice/guidance to increase skills and confidence whilst building positive relationships.
