You’ll be the central point of management, governance, and reporting ensuring that all elements of the strategy are delivered effectively. While many parts of the strategy are already in motion across various teams, we need someone to bring it all together, identify gaps, and keep stakeholders informed with a clear and compelling narrative of our progress. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of our digital transformation programme, making sure milestones are met and objectives achieved. You’ll also manage programme risks and issues, developing robust mitigation strategies to keep everything on track. Working closely with service areas, the Digital PMO and Digital Business Partners, to identify opportunities to meet savings targets through smarter use of technology.
You’ll bring proven experience in programme management, change and transformation, and strategic planning.
