Are you passionate about creating engaging, accessible digital content that makes a real difference to people’s lives? We’re looking for a Digital Content and Engagement Manager to lead the way in transforming how Adult Social Care communicates with residents.
About the role:
The Adult Transformation Team is looking for a full-time Digital Content and Engagement Manager. Reporting to the Strategic Lead for Adult Social Care Transformation, you will shape and deliver our digital content strategy, ensuring clear, inclusive, and user-focused communications across multiple platforms. This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, technology, and data-driven insights to improve public services.
Your duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- leading the development and implementation of AI-driven communication tools to enhance user experience;
- managing and optimising Adult Social Care website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and engagement;
- delivering targeted digital campaigns across web, social media, and other channels;
- overseeing the Information, Advice and Guidance communications plan, working with stakeholders and partners;
- using data insights to continuously improve content and measure success.
About you:
You will have:
- proven experience creating and managing digital content across multiple platforms;
- strong understanding of digital communications, content strategy, and user engagement;
- knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles;
- experience with AI-based tools, CMS platforms, and data analysis.
