About The Team & Role

Like a challenge?  Aspire to lead high-performing teams in the provision of data, analysis and insight to support the drive to improve outcomes for local communities? Come and work for a rewarding organisation, leading our team of Data Analysts in the Corporate Data, Analysis & Insight Team. You’ll be at the centre of the emerging cultural shift to become insight-driven.

You can help make a difference leading a team of analysts and wider stakeholders to understand what is required to meet the needs of our Adult population, while complying with external assurance frameworks. More importantly you can help shape the future environment for the team in relation to its analytics capabilities, deploying Power BI reporting to a crucial service area within the Council.

About You

To be successful, you’ll need experience of working in a data and analysis role, particularly within an Adult Social Care context and managing senior stakeholder relationships across services. A background in managing data reporting environments will help our aspiration to become an intelligence-led organisation would be useful but not essential.

Ideally, you’ll also have experience of leading and managing a team of analysts to manage multiple projects to demanding timescales.

About Us

For all your hard work, you will receive the following:

Flexible and agile working opportunities

25.5 days annual leave rising to 30.5 days after 5 years continuous service

An option to purchase 10 days of additional leave per year (pro rata for part-time staff)

Family friendly employer offering benefits to help support you and your family
