About the role

The Adult Transformation Team is looking for a full-time Business Analyst on 18 months fixed term contract. This role is central to supporting the delivery of aims and objectives within our People Experience portfolio and the deliveryof our new Target Operating Model across Adult Social Care.

 

You’ll be responsible for analysing and interpreting performance and feedback data, helping to inform decision-making and drive improvements. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, you’ll turn complex information into actionable insights and compelling stories that support transformation.

 You will join a small team based at Shire Hall in Gloucester, working as part of an agile working offer (which includes working from home combined with time in the office). The suitable candidate will be well supported within their role and will receive formal training and regular supervision.

 

About you

You will have proven experience in process and data management, governance and analysis.

You are a highly organised and solutions-focused individual with a passion for using data and information to drive meaningful change in Adult Social Care. With strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach, you turn complex information into clear insights that support strategic decision-making.
