Then look no further, this is the job for you.   Working for both the Finance & Compliance and Health and Safety Teams you will make a real impact on the support service we provide to the Fire and Rescue Service, enabling us to make Gloucestershire a safe place to live, work and visit.

 

You will help make a difference by taking responsibility for delivering an effective and efficient administration service covering a variety of tasks from drafting and issuing agendas, taking minutes, assigning actions and updating trackers. To using spreadsheets and databases to ensure information and data is accurately recorded frequently cross checking between data sources and offering resolutions to issues.

 

About You

 

To be successful you will have strong IT skills, be curious, have the ability to thrive in a busy and fluid working environment, show excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise workloads across two teams, pride yourself on attention to detail and have the ability to work without direct supervision. We also need your proactive nature to foster rapport and help build working relationships with our stakeholders.
