About The Team & Role This is a great time to join our close-knit and friendly Business Support team as an Administrator, we collaborate our shared knowledge across the team whilst providing confidential administrative support within People Services. We work closely with the Occupational Health clinicians to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service and support with a range of varied workstreams within People Services and Organisational Development. You will be based within the Occupational Health team in our modern Quayside House building.
About You To be successful you will need excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise workloads and ensure our service levels are maintained. You will need to have experience as an administrator with solid understanding of the importance of confidentiality, experience of improving systems and processes with a good eye for detail. You will be confident to take the lead on set tasks within the People Services team. You will be customer-focused to help maintain excellent working relationships with our stakeholders and be open to taking on varied workstreams to support the wider business when needed.
