As an Employment and skills Hub Apprentice you will provide and effective and efficient administrative support to the service, communicating with both internal colleagues and external members of the public, signposting to other services, arranging meetings and supporting colleagues to meet the needs of the wider community.

To be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)

To be confident in learning new IT software

Good level of communication skills with the ability to deal pleasantly and efficiently with customers and colleagues at all levels

Good organisational and time management skills

An effective and committed team player with a willingness to learn

Adaptability to change and adapt to the education environment
