Do you have the skills to deliver high quality, engaging video, photography and digital content and have confidence using a range of web and digital platforms? 

 

We’re a fun, friendly and very busy team so we need someone who is able to thrive under pressure and balance conflicting priorities.

 

About You 

You will be proactive, enthusiastic, creative and have experience in digital communications. You will have good written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for communicating effectively through digital channels.  

 

You will be used to creating, scheduling, and managing social media posts and will be confident in using analytics to monitor the success of campaigns. 

 

You need to be confident in taking and directing photography as well as video content and editing and producing engaging content that gets our message across in a simple and effective way, often to tight deadlines.  

 

You will also have experience in writing and publishing content for websites and intranet sites.  You will be confident in creating and managing email campaigns and newsletters and understand the latest accessibility guidance. 

 

You will need to have established experience in content creation, video creation and editing. If you do not have this you will be automatically disqualified. 

 

About Us 

Hybrid working is available for this role, with 2 days a week required in our Shire Hall office in Gloucester. You will also be required to travel across the county to capture photographs and video of events, people and places. A drivers license and access to a car would be advantageous.
