About The Team & Role:

 

 

Our Client Affairs Team plays a vital role in managing the property and financial affairs of individuals in Gloucestershire under the authority of the Court of Protection. As a Visiting Officer, you will be an integral part of our team, carrying out statutory visits to clients in residential care homes, supported living placements, and private residences. You will also conduct protection of property visits, ensuring unoccupied properties are secure and well-maintained. Your week will be a balanced mix of on-site visits across Gloucestershire (approximately 50% of your time) and administrative work, including writing visit reports, processing financial paperwork and valuable items, and organising future visits.

 

You will become part of a supportive, dynamic and passionate team, who are forward thinking in their approach to future developments and change.

About you:

 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable adults, demonstrating empathy and professionalism; have a highly organised approach, with the ability to efficiently manage their own workload; strong IT skills to navigate digital records and documentation effectively; and excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and professionals alike.
