About the role:

 

We are looking for a full time Administrator to help provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Cotswold Locality Team within Adult Social Care.

 

This role involves supporting the Integrated Social Care Manager and you will be undertaking administrative duties to support the business needs of the team and the wider service area. This may include:

 

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Inputting sensitive data
  • Facilitating meetings / booking rooms
  • Diary Management
  • Taking notes and typing minutes
  • Supporting with projects
  • Other general administrative duties

 

 

About you:


We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and who can manage their own workload and work on their own initiative, dealing with conflicting priorities. Experience of working in a customer facing environment is essential, as are excellent IT skills. You will be taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public, so a professional telephone manner and good communication skills are a must.

 

If you are proactive with excellent administration skills and enjoy working within a team to provide support to internal and external customers to meet targets and deadlines, then this could be the ideal role for you.
