About the team

An exciting service improvement pilot will work collaboratively across Education, Early Help, Health and wider partnership organisations to improve mental health and Education outcomes for Children, Young People (and wider family units) across Gloucestershire.

 

 

About the role

The Navigation Hub Business Administrator will support the development and delivery of the inclusive Multi-agency Navigation Hub which aims to provide an access point for CYP needing support at the earliest opportunity. The pilot will build on the principles of the Team Around the Locality Cluster (TALC) . As a Business Administrator you will adopt a collaborative approach to removing barriers and you will play an instrumental role in identifying, meeting needs and then tracking outcomes for young people accessing support. 

 

 

About you

You will need excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise workloads and ensure our service levels are maintained. We also need your customer-focused nature to help build working relationships with your stakeholders. You’ll also bring your data analysis and manipulation skills to ensure the administrative output is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
