About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Business Change Coordinator on 18-month fixed term contract.
As a Business Change Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Change Manager to deliver successful change initiatives that improve employee adoption, enhance service delivery, and realise organisational benefits.
You will be involved in:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of change management activities across transformation programmes
- Developing and maintaining a library of change management tools, templates, and case studies
- Creating engaging communications and content to support change initiatives
- Organising and administering events, workshops, and training sessions
- Supporting impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management
- Monitoring success metrics and contributing to performance reporting

You will join a small team based at Shire Hall in Gloucester, working as part of an agile working offer (which includes working from home combined with time in the office).
