About the Team & Role
With a fast-growing provision Adult Education in Gloucestershire are looking for a proficient Administrator to join our team.
This role will be officed based for 4 days per week and the option to work from home 1 day per week.
You will work under direct supervision of the Admin Team Leader and direction of the Delivery Manager to support the Service in the effective delivery of programmes in each curriculum area.
Enthusiastic and highly organised, you'll communicate confidently with Delivery Managers, Learning Coordinators and Tutors. There are fresh challenges every day, and you'll have to stay agile working shoulder to shoulder with your colleagues to keep things running efficiently.
What will you be doing?
- Inputting course details onto our CRM system
- Management of learner data
- Preparing and processing course paperwork
- General admin duties including archiving, reception and answering the phone
- Liaise with Learning Coordinators and Tutors
- Providing social media support
Essential Criteria:
- Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English Grade C and above
- Organised and able to plan and write coherent educational programmes
- Engaging and committed to supporting Adults learn, be inspired, and achieve
- Good IT skills including the use of basic Microsoft packages
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
