We have an exciting opportunity in Libraries and Registration for someone who wants a permanent, full time role and a great introduction to working for the Council. If you are interested in providing a high standard of support to our Leadership Teams and be a source of advice to staff then this might be a job for you.


You will need to be able to manage a varied workload with competing priorities effectively and efficiently. We are looking for someone who understands and shares our values What are our values? - Gloucestershire County Council.

Amongst other tasks you will be organising and arranging facilities for training sessions and meetings including taking minutes and circulating relevant information, monitoring customer communications through various channels as well as be a point of contact for financial and statistical queries. You will need to be forward thinking and pro active as you will work across the Registration service and Library service
