We invite applicants to apply for the role of Libraries & Registration Administrator, which is primarily a support to the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will need to be able to confidently use a range of IT based systems and databases and have experience of Microsoft Office Packages, e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Administrative duties include


· Creating and updating databases

· Being the first point of contact for customer communications

· Facilitate and arrange meetings including room bookings, invitations, note taking etc

· The ability to work under pressure and competing priorities


You will need to be forward thinking and proactive as you will work across the Registration service and Library service.


Applicants must be prepared to work both at home and in council locations across the County, with no two weeks being the same and dependant on business needs. This role does not include line management responsibilities.

This is a permanent role and hours are negotiable between 28 and 37 hours per week, please express your preference in your application.
