About the role

As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll play your part in helping people lead fulfilling, dignified lives. Based at one of our Respite Units, you’ll provide excellent care for adults with learning disabilities during the night. Working alongside Residential Support Workers and Respite Managers, you’ll keep an eye on guests’ health and wellbeing, as well as administering medication. Meanwhile, we’ll give you all the support you need to thrive in your role.

With a commitment to quality, you’ll be careful to follow care plans, risks assessments, policies and procedures. You’ll also encourage people to make their own care choices and be as independent as possible. Plus, you’ll spot opportunities to take our service from strength to strength. You’ll be integral to our team, and your contribution hugely valued.
